Hi, I'm looking for a suitable replacement for the front seat belts on my '88 G2500 day van as it failed inspection.

They have a twin reel design I have never seen apart from some other US GM models but they are very rare here in Europe.

Does anyone know of a suitable replacement or a known solution for replacing these? I'm not afraid to weld new mountings on the A-pillar if it means I can mount a conventional seat belt.
