How do you know it's disabled? I've never heard of low oil disabling fuel.

Older vehicles oil sending unit shut vehicle down when pressure was low. Last year same vehicle had an issue during research in a manual I read some oil switches disabled fuel system. Now when van didn't start had seen oil pressure low. While diagnosing didn't hear fuel pump turn on.....did some reset and finally disconnected oil switch van turned on. Problem morning back and now even oil switch off no fuel

I don't think that's how your van works. It has an oil pressure sensor on top of the engine, which is connected directly the gauge on your instrument panel.
First verify your theory by starting the engine with some starting fluid. If the pump isn't operating then it could be failing or you have a problem in the fuel pump circuit.
