One of my doors doesn't swing freely. I've sprayed the hinges with pb blaster, liquid wrench, 3in 1 oil and nothing helps. I'm planning on getting a chainsaw grease gun and drilling a hole in the hinge in question so I can for grease in it. Anyone got a better idea?

 

I'd look into replacing the pin and bushings.
