Hi all, I've been having trouble trying to replace my 1994 Chevy G20 cargo door bushings. The pins are really difficult to move ( nothing working). If anyone could give me some advice that would be great. Below are some pictures.

 

I changed all my hinge pins in an 85. Soaked them with PB Blaster, let them set. Then just knocked them out from the bottom.

 

You can unbolt those hinges from the body one at a time and put them in a vise on a bench if you need to.

Or just round up another set of hinges.
