Has anyone installed / built a grill guard for their van. As soon as the weather breaks here in Colorado I'm going to give it a go. Youtube has some good videos and I have a style in mind. Will be using used oil field pipe. Its cheap here because so much of it is available. On average goes for $1.00 foot. Millions and millions of feet of it up for sale. Would appreciate any input/ideas, especially mounting to frame. Van is a 2007 Express 2500 V8.
