I have a 2012 Chevy 4.3 1500 Express van I replaced the fuel filter assembly and blew out the lines and I still have no pressure I replaced fuel pump relay and I'm out odds end. Can someone please help me

Turn the key to the "ON" position and you should hear the pump prime for a second or so.

 

Yes I hear the pump turn on it has fuel flow but there's no pressure
I have replaced fuel pressure regulator I have replaced fuel pump assembly I have replaced fuel and replaced plugs and wires I don't know what else to replace
