i have a 2021 chevy express van 4500 cutaway chassis with 6.6L L8T gasoline engine.
It crank but no start so I have changed to fuel pump. but same problem.
DTC P129F

1_ no power when check with test light the fuel pump fuse. with key off and also ignition on. Visualy checking the fuse it looked good. and also try to crank by changing the relay but nothing changed.
checked fuse : n. 24
checked relay : 38

2_ nothing happens(no running) even when i jumped a wire from the battery+ to the fuel pump fuse and crank.
3_ fuel pump control module fuse has power when test with test light.
checked fuse : n.36


local non chevy engineer told me that the issue might be the fuel pump control module.
is he correct? or I need to do more checking please.
