New fuel pump new elm power to relay but nothing to 20 amp file pump relay fuse

The in-line FUEL PUMP FUSE(20A) gets power from the fuel pump relay during the crank cycle.
The relay energizes during crank from the CRK FUSE(5A).
After startup, the power for the fuel pump fuse comes from the fuel pump oil pressure switch.

check the ecm "B" fuse. also you can run b+ to the red wire on the relay to bypass the fuse,relay and ecm
