hvac blower motor not working

hvac blower motor not working
i have a 2017 chevy express 4500. HELP!!! i am out of options. my blower on the hvac has stopped working. i replaced all fuses, relays, blower motor resistor module, tested blower motor checked wires , checked grounds , checked all connections. no luck. any help or ideas would be appreciated.

apply 12v directly to the motor. If it doesn't start then it's dead.
Sometimes smacking it with a hammer will get it going again, but not for long.

grab an electrical schematic from gmupfitter.com and start tracking down the fault using a multimeter or test light
