Idle Air Control Valve replaceable?
Have a 2003 Express 3500 6.0L
Having rough and high idle issues. The IACV has two screws and looks like usual. Parts stores and look ups say that whole throttle body must be replaced on this model. Does not make sense. Anybody run into this?
Thanks

But directly on the RockAuto site the parts do not exist for my vehicle.
Disgusted that RockAuto is hiding behind a digital wall and there is no customer service.
This is the category of business I expect from Black Market, Back Alley operations.
So ... trust they have your interest in mind when they take your money.
NOT

What is the difference between the 2500 Express 6L V8 and 3500 Express 6L V8?
