Okay, the Post Office are liars. First, they said my shocks would be here Saturday. Then, they said Wednesday, but they were in Indianapolis IN (nowhere near Northern Virginia). So, today (Thursday) I check early afternoon, and they were checked in 3 times, within 5 miles from my house. I wish they'd make up their mind. But they're here. And the front ones are on, just in time for my 3 hour road trip. No test drive. I like to live dangerously. Report tomorrow night on how they do.

I'm not sure why the forum turned my pic sideways.

Okay, as I said before, I just had the time to install the front ones. But WOW, what a difference. It smoothed out a lot of the road. And I could feel the difference when a bump passed the front and the rear. I can hardly wait to get home and install the rears. WELL WORTH THE MONEY, TIME AND EFFORT. And truthfully, it wasn't much money.

Not that I would have done it differently, but running boards are just another thing that have to be kept clean. I'm used to smaller vehicles. Before Le Moose, "big" was an Astro van.

But they do look good.

Na. I'm only allowed away a few times a year. I got my boat building crowd in two events (Memorial Day and October), and I'm hoping to do a Vintage Japanese Motorcycle event in August. Besides, if the sentiment there is the same as over in the Vannin' forum, a fair number of them don't like us. Our vans are too new.

I understand what your saying about events ... that you want to go to......
I have never been and though it would be an experience ... to its marked
on the calendar ..... along with 2 more RC Plane Events ... plus I am thinking
about starting to build another garage here too... soo my plate is maxed out.....
I get that our vans are new... but I think I have made strides to make mine
fit in.. lol... ( oh yeah ) Ive got to work more on my Van too....lol

At least your van is in the same style of the event's focus. Mine's more of a camper, although I do have a surprise or two up my sleeve.
