Default Looking for this 16" 6 lug rim

The van is a 2007 Chevy express 1500. Had a loose lug nut and rounded out the hole

Welcome from Florida. Check out the junk yards, Craigslist or Facebook marketplace. One loose lug nut should not round out the hole. Several of them have to be loose to cause that. Also look for damaged lugs!

that's what I was thinking. The wheel is usually supported by the hub. So for there to be any movement, all the lug nuts would have to be loose.

I have never seen those wheels before. Is this a conversion?
