I could really use your help. Who made them and where to find them?

Did they come with an air valve extension kit only? Or did they come with the fake aluminum wheel covers, as a complete kit?

I have a 2001 Chevrolet G3500 Cab and Chassis
This is the kind of bracket that I need to find with or without the Valve Stem Extension Kit.
One side of the kit and BRACKET was missing when I purchased my Cab and Chassis.





Now that I'm starting to use my truck - I'm finding it a pain to not have the air valve extension kit on the one side.

The front and rear clips loaded, but not tied down yet.
