Default Lowering Chevy g-20

Hey all!
I'm new on here, and new to my 1987 Chevy g-20.
I'm hoping to find a cheap and easy way to lower it a bit (it scrapes the top on the garage), and was planning on going the torsion bar route only to find that we don't have 'em on the G20s. Aside from cutting the coils, has anyone had any success lowering these? Maybe with drop spindles or custom coils?
Thanks in advance

Not sure, but on Astro vans I know you can move balljoints to the top or bottom of the control arm.

That's a good idea if it works — would it affect the ride at all?

You'll have to check your angles and make sure nothing interferes. Otherwise I don't see how it could.
