New sub panel
Found this on eBay. It’s a split bus 6/12 circuit fuse panel. With the split bus, you can have 2 high-amp feeds to supply 12 new circuits. I chose to make one bus constant and one bus switched ignition, which I accomplished with a relay. The bottom row is always hot and the top row is hot with ignition. The far left terminals are grounds. I have added a few things to my van (LED cargo lights, USB charger, reverse camera, dash cam) and hate using fuse taps for anything more than signal amperage. I tapped an ignition circuit with a fuse tap under the seat and use that to control the relay. The main panel feed is fused from the battery. I have some spare circuits for future additions. I got it for $20 a few months ago, not sure why it’s more expensive now. The quality is great. I’m going to rearrange the wiring a bit at some point to make it a bit cleaner but it’s behind the seat so no one can see it anyway.
