2010 gmc Express 3500 won’t crank or start.
also door locks won’t work
turn signals won’t work
radio won’t work
airbag light is on
oil quantity indicator won’t work
TPS inop
happened quickly does this point to a bad Body control module? Is there a “main fuse” for the BCM?
also parasitic draw may have drained battery (I put a new battery in). Would this cause BCM to lose its program?

It's either GMC Savana, or Chevrolet Express. Nonetheless ... same van...
Losing power will reset your personal settings, but the BCM should work fine.
There's no main BCM fuse. Those accessories are controlled by a number of fuses so might as well check them all.
There is a big fuse in the underhood fuse block with feeds the interior cabin fuse block. It's the only huge Mega fuse. Can't miss it. Descriptions are on the lid and in your owner's manual.
I hope you load tested the alternator when you replaced the battery. They often fail together.

stuff in the underseat fuse box is generally working (headlights, ac, etc) so the big fuse you mentioned is probably
Ok. The battery was charging fine. It is a camper van on the express body so doesn’t get run often and I didn’t have it plugged to my house which would let the house battery charge the truck battery so I think it ran down. I have had the battery drain out before and when recharged or replace things started right up.
