Default no lights in dash cluster ( 2003 express)

hello,
I have a problem with the lights in the dash cluster. All of the control lights work but the illumination ( when you turn on the lights) does not.
They have replaced the body control module and the dash cluster but still no lights. Also, the lights of the heating display don't work.
Any ideas anyone

I had to replace the bulbs in the upper rear heater control. Just burnt out bulbs. I assume you have checkd your bulbs to see if they are ok?
The dimmer switch could be turned down. On my van is a little slide wheel beside the headlight switch. Turn it all the way until the interior dome lights come on, then back it off one click. That will be the brightest dash light setting. If you have no lights then that switch could be faulty. Try bypassing it from behind with the wires.
That is where I would start.
