no low beams

I have an 03 express with just high beams, no low I checked fuses and relay, cleaned and swapped them . even replace switch. still nothing. even has new bulbs. where else can I look???

How did you check the relay? Try changing it with another relay that has the same numbers on it. Could also be a broken or corroded wire.

Does the parking brake have a switch to turn them off when engaged, like on vans with daytime running lights?
Also, you checked the box under the drivers seat too right?
