no power to dash controls

Default no power to dash controls
None of my dash controls on my 2014 Express 4500 , will work . Air heat blower will not come on , airconditioner compressor will not lock in heater defrost nothing works.

Check the fuses.
Check the blower. Does it come on at max speed? Yes - check the resistors. No - check the relay
Is it seized? Whack it with a hammer. Is it getting power? - use test light. No - bad wiring.

I found a fuse box under the driver seat swaped the relays around found a bad one , changed problem solved . Thanks for the help.
