Default No power to outside mirror control switch.

I have installed power mirrors on my 2020 Chevy Express 2500. I have the mirrors and control switch plugged in but there is no power going to the switch. I checked the fuse and there is power there. Any ideas on how to fix the problem? Thanks.

This might be the problem. Seems like the harness (or maybe connectors) in the wiring from the mirror fuse to the mirror switch might not be fully populated.
