Default Oil bowing out of front end

I have a 2000 express with a 350 in it. The van has just over 183k miles on it. I bought it and drove it 200 miles back to my home. 5 miles from home I had a billow of smoke, loss of oil pressure and oil blew out of the front end of the engine. After looking at the engine there is mo oil on the back end of the engine, only on the fan belt and adjacent components. Not sure where to go from here. I do not think it is the pump due to taking a moment to run it again and it quickly hit normal pressure. But it continued to blow oil out the front end. What am I missing?

well check the valve covers and the oil cooler lines. If it's not that then you're probably SOL.
