Overheating, Dex-Cool turns from orange to red

Follow-up
I thought I'd drop by to follow up on my radiator replacement. 181,000+ miles on the van now and it's never gone over 200 degrees, even on 100 degree days with the AC running full. I do have to top off the fluid every couple of months.. so that bothers me.
