Default oxygen sensor location

Hi all: someone can tell me where is the oxygen sensor in my 1991 Sportvan beauville 5,7?.The 1991 service manual says it is in the left exhaust manifold, near the neck.I've inspected both manifolds,an there are no threaded holes to screw on nothing. Also i've seen the whole exhaust pipe, and it isn't there.May be mine is an early model (05/1991)that can run all the time in open loop mode?.All suggestions are welcome, excuss my basic english. Thanks,Rodolfo from Argentina.

Are the manifolds and y-pipe stock? Could be someone replaced it with a non-smog header or some weirdness.

Look just past where the left and right bank meet (should be about 1' before the cat, I think) for a bung.

Are emissions required in Argentina? Maybe someone pulled the factory set off and went without.
