Default Paint Peeling on 2014 and newer Express or Savana Vans

My question:
Do the Express or Savana vans manufactured after 2014 still have paint peeling issues?

For many years, I have hesitated to purchase an express van solely due to seeing the peeling paint on so many Chevy and Savana vans. I have driven Ford Econolines since 1968 and every one of them developed rust in the rain gutters and windshield areas. I do live near the ocean,
I has searched several forums and had found and one member had stated that the paint formula had changed in 2014. But I cannot find that thread again. I do not know if this is true or not.

I would prefer to hear back from the owners of 2014 and later Express or Savana vans.

Thanks

I've got some paint chipping off on the side wall starting under the drip rail on a white 2015 passenger.

same here.

I have a 2013. I don't have the massive sheets of paint coming off the hood like the older models (yet). But it started flaking off under the gutter rail. I thought it was because the PO had roof rack that was possibly overloaded, but maybe not.

Both sides. Almost all the way along. It's gotten worse since I took those photos 3 years ago.

The roof seams are also extremely poorly manufactured. There are massive gaps between the panels that are filled with almost an inch of sealer . The sealer looks boogered on, like it was applied on a friday afternoon or by a 6yo child. Of course the sealer ages and cracks over time, and my roof developed a leak. The body shop guy just gawked at it and shook his head . Basically said "WTF is that!"

do you have this too, @Triaged ?
