Default Pics and know-how to install a bed after 3rd row

I've lurked on the forums for a while and come across a number of mentions of a bed in the back of the Chevy Express. I haven't yet found any pictures of how it was made (I've probably not looked hard enough). Hoping for some replies on placing a bed back there. Measuring, it looks like I've got about 67 inches in length and 64 inches in width if the 5th and 4th rows are removed. Unfortunately, I'm tall so I wouldn't be able to stretch out.

What I'm going for is an "escape pod" vehicle that we can use as a family. We are 4 kids and two adults. This is a very short term application, like a quick night in the mountains, but hoping my wife and I can sleep in the bed, and two kids below us on the floor and two small kids in the 2nd and 3rd row benches.

Thanks!

Take out the seats and build a box/bed as there is not enough room if you carry or store stuff to opperate the fold down properly & keep the seat belts funksional for legal & safety sake.
