So our van was inspected today at the shop and they advised us to replace the idler arm and pitman.

My question is this a decently simple job? I have replaced the water pump before on the van, which was not very difficult to do. So if I'm able to replace that, can I replace the pitman and idler arm.

Now my question is, can someone please direct me to the correct part for the Idler arm for a 2005 Chevy Express 2500:

It seems like this one is called both, am I mistaken?
