Propane water heater for camper van
I'm considering buying a Camplux 1.32 GPM propane tankless portable water heater for my Express camper van and wondering if anyone here has any input on it or any helpful input on propane water heaters (showers) in camper vans in general.

Thanks!

Yeah - I probably should have worded my inquiry better - while it is for my camper van, it will actually be used as an outside shower hanging on the open back doors.
Thanks for the astute observation - my bad on the wording.
What I was really looking for is someone who has used that particular product or even a competing one and their opinion of it's functionality.
Thanks again,

My o7 roadtrek 3500 express model 190 P has an OEM propane water heater that also runs on shorepower . check the free roadtrek yahoo group where there are many details on this water heater. mine still works fine after 15 years. you can also run it on 12 v while you are driving and putting amps into the house Battery from the engine alternator but 12 v takes a long time for it to heat up . Look up the 190 pr 210 Roadtreks on an rv Site And there are pictures of the install.

Since I remodeled, I installed it on the interior wall. Not sure of the size, first one was smaller, this new one is their larger version. Found this one more dependable.
I have a deflection plate above it to keep heat off the ceiling. Also have a fantastic fan in the ceiling I have open when I use it.
Also have one in my tiny house, both locations have a carbon monoxide detector that has never gone off.
This is in my 85 G20, can be seen way in the back on the right.
I use a 10 foot shower hose and shower out the back. But also have hot water at the sink.

Man - that's a nice sink-work area! Wish I had thought of the sliding doors on my cabinets rather than the hinge at the top ones I did,
Good information - thank you!
