I have a 2001 chev express. My driving lights flicker. I also have problems with my dome light flickers and i can hear the relay under the dash clicks when the light goes on and off. I wanted to know where the relays are and how to remove them.

 

I know this might not help much, but in those years vans, there was a ground issue especially with the dome light/reverse gear in the tranny. This might be enough info for a google search IE "express van dome light ground" or something like that. That is about all I can help with.

my relays ('06) are all under the hood, or under the drivers seat. I would guess maybe a bad connection or ground at the box under the seat (if yours is there)
