Radiator replacement?

Radiator replacement?
I have a ‘99 express 1500 w/ 5.7 & need to replace the radiator. Do I need to buy one with or without the oil cooler? It’s the plain “base” 1/2 ton model. Any help will be appreciated, thanks!
