Could I change a pn: 15923583 radio into my van with the stock am fm radio?

Like I said in the other post. replacing a factory radio with a factory radio is a hassle, expensive, and will sound crappy compared to an aftermarket radio on sale for 1/4 of the price.
If you really want a factory radio, then go for it, but they are not worth it in my opinion.

 

Yeah, I just found a sweet deal on a radio of that part number, and figured it would be easier than aftermarket. I mainly want the aux cord. But a CD player would be nice. The boss just doesn't want aftermarket stuff in the work vabs

In that case, the radio must be compatible with your van make and model and year. Also it needs to be unlocked. Otherwise the theftlock will kick in and it won't work. Lastly it may need a computer flash at the dealer.
