Rear brake line extension, SAE to metric inverted flare fitting?

I have extended the frame of my Express 3500 five feet for a custom box install. I need to extend the rear brake line.
One end is an inverted flare, M12x1.0
The other is also inverted flare SAE 1/2x20
So far what I have is,
Female 1/2x20 inverted flare to male 1/4 NPT
1/4 NPT female to M10x1.0 male
M10x1.0 x M10x1.0 bubble coupler/union
Then M12x1.0 inverted flare female to M10x1.0 male
So $70 in 4 fittings seems excessive, and I do not like NPT for brake lines. Is anyone aware of an female inverted flare 1/2x20 to female inverted flare M12x1.0 single conversion fitting? SAE to Metric? It has to exist. Otherwise, I guess, I have to get an extra five feet of brake line and install on each end the respective fittings and get the inverted flare tool, which is actually cheaper and likely safer.

Cut hard line, splice in 5ft with inverted flare, done. Parts stores might even have a loaner tool to do the flare.
