Default Replacing front coil springs - part codes?

Trying to order new coil springs and I’m presented with many options based on codes (in red circles). I don’t know what these codes mean. I entered my VIN so I’m assuming that the ones highlighted in yellow are the ones I’m supposed to order. Are there differences in the springs?

They could be RPO codes. Check your RPO sticker on the passenger door.
