Default running temperature

What is your running temperature? mine is always at 190F even after replacing the thermostat. The gauge says 190F and I also checked it with an obdII scanner.

The stock thermostat is a 195 F, ( it is on most vehicle too, nowadays) but even if the gauge is very accurate, running at 190 F wont make
any difference.
