I was looking into getting a Chevy express with the opening side panels but the are hard to find and after thinking about it for a while thought it really wouldn't work out very well.
Here is a shot of my 1999 Chevy Express Class B Camper Van. I modified a bull bar from a 1998 GM half ton pickup then added some LED lights to give it a "Baja" look. I didn't originally intend to put the round lights on, just the bull bar lights. I had the round ones laying around from another project and thought they would look cool on the van.
That is EXACTLY what I want to put on my 2002 Express, but all the bull bar makers say 2003 or newer! I am hoping the frame etc did not change much after 2003. May I ask how you modified it to fit? Any pictures would be great!
This is a NTM van. Ex-govt vehicle with 50k on the odo. My ( first ) Chevrolet product. After the paperwork goes through, I will be listed as the, First Owner. crazy

Around 149000 Miles, runs great, shifts great.
ToDo: Full Wrap in dark Grey, Black Accents, 22" Rims in Copper. But takes Time....
