Way back when GM, Ford, and Dodge all had 8 on 6.5" bolt pattern. Ford changed at some point then GM changed in 2013'ish for Silverado. They didn't change the vans which are still 8 on 6.5". Dodge has a bigger center hole so they are not hubcentric anymore. Their center just by the lug nuts like every aftermarket wheel out there. I am looking for some hubcentric rings to fix that.

This says 6 on 5.5" which is what GM's 6 lug used going way back. Same as Toyota/Nissan for a long time too.

It also says center bore is 77.8mm

Express/Savana bolt pattern is also 6x5.5, but the center bore is 78.1mm, which means the RAM wheels won't fit unless you bore them out

I posted on another thread and then saw this one. I bought this 2003 3500 95,000 miles last year with boxes for 1600 with all the boxes set up for my work. It was a former employers I did a day of work and only paid $800 cash for it. It has rusted rockers that I have purchased new panels for. Needed fuel lines , shocks , tires, broken shackles, and supposedly had a bad head gasket. It needed a water pump and the broken shackle punctured the rear line set that I replaced. The crank sensor was malfunctioning causing a random misfire that caused engine light to go on over 65mph. My brother in law connected his scanner and we remapped it. Runs very good now. . .i have to still replace air bag sensors in the front

Default My 85 Chevy G20

I bought this Van about 10 years ago with 233,000 miles on it. Limped it another 2,000 miles and started work on it.
Replaced the tired 305 with a 350 with 10,000 miles on it. Had the th350c transmission rebuilt.

I have since replaced just about everything that was original. New upgraded rear springs, front coil springs, master cylinder, power steering pump.
Dual welded stainless exhaust, rear axle seals.
Removed the one core radiator and replaced with a 3 core, new heater core. Added oil and transmission cooler.

This is my second interior conversion. I usually drive it in the fall to western Arizona from New England and back in the spring.
So I spend the winter living in it.
Hot and cold running water w/shower hose, 12v fridge, small 12v chest freezer, 3 burner stove w/oven.
I am single so only a small bed.

I installed a tach, vacuum gauge, and air/fuel gauge, also a 2nd temp gauge.
Running a 1406 edelbrock and installed a dash switch to lock out the tranny torque converter. She will get just over 15mpg on the interstate at 55 to 60.

I have stripped the interior down to bare metal on this conversion, wired all 12v wiring and insulated with wool.

Running 400 watts of solar with a 100 watt pure sine wave inverter.

Default Newly Acquired

Hey everyone, I just got my hands on this sweet 95 G20 with the 5.7L. I'm going to be trying to bring this sweet machine into modern times with a few choice upgrades. I'm sure I'll find some inspiration from some of the experts on here. Let me know what you think!!

Aluminess is nice, but damn those prices. I got this one from Amazon. I just put the ends on some logs and jumped on it to get slightly more curve to match the profile of the van a bit better and had to cut and weld the bottom tabs at an angle.(You could easily make a couple brackets to do the job instead of having to weld.) Then I had it shot at my local bedliner spot along with the Move bumper kits. All in with bedliner is about 1/4 the cost of the Aluminess.
