Tail light replacement

I have a 2016 express cutaway with the 12ft box and one of the tail lights is out and I can't figure out how to replace them, does anyone know how to replace it

LED lights rarely go out. Check fuse 21 in the engine compartment on the driver's side of the vehicle. That fuseblock lid is a big pain to move out of the way, but it will come out eventually.
