Transmission hard shifting
hi there. I have 01 chevy express 1500 LT.changed the tranny recently and it’s shifting hard. 1-2 and 2-3 gears are harsh but not allways. Chenged throttle position sensor, a little beter but still harsh. Any ideas please? Could it be the PCM problem?

If it's a "built" trans did you get one that maybe is proud about
higher line pressure (mechanical)? PCM control is only a ratio
from there. Different "servos" may also affect shift feel. So may
upgraded frictions. The shop maybe did you a favor but one that
needs tune tweaking.
Hard shifting can also be from a fault - any immature DTCs
showing (can you scan?)?
