Default Turn signal help

its a 94 G20 cargo van ,, the turn signal works but it looks like it is missing a bolt or ??? any one have a blow up diagram ??

Yeah.... you're missing a few things, mostly plastic steering column parts.

It might be easier to swap columns, but here is a YouTube video showing how to get to the stuff you need to replace.
It's a bit different from your column because you have an air bag, there is a clock spring right beneath the steering wheel.
Check out youtube for more column videos, there are a ton of them.
