Default used 2003 Express 3500 cargo van

Any thoughts on the 2003 Express 3500 cargo van?

I'm looking at it for a work truck, specifically because it has the left side cargo door option.

It has 50500 miles on it and is going for $10500.

Any time bombs I should look for?

The side door hinge issue does not exist with this van. The hinges look like they were installed square (no flexing of the body for the door to rotate) and swing without a peep.
------------

3000 miles later the left side door is getting stiff and I can see the hinges flex
... American manufacturing at its best.

How many years can they build something that does not work?

-----------
Best solution to sticking exterior hinges is "3 in 1 multi-purpose oil" every month. Put a drop in a seam of the cargo side door hinges so it can flow down the pin. Swing the door back and forth 6 times to help the flow down the pin. If you are careful you can avoid the oil dripping down the outside of the door.
The cargo side door hinges could benefit from a zerk fitting so they can be greased.
