Default Vibration in Drive (3rd) but not Overdrive (4th)

I recently purchased a low mileage, 68,000 miles 1990 Vandura 2500. I plan on using it to tow my travel trailer, so I tried driving it in Drive and about 3/4 of the time, I end up with an osolating vibration when I reach 45 mph. If I put it in Overdrive, the vibration goes away. Shift back down to Drive and it returns. This does not happen all the time and sometimes the vibration is more pronounced than others. Other times, it doesn't vibrate at all. I'm stumped and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Your U joints are wacked. Replace front and rear.
