Yeah I agree, I've been thinking the same thing. I've been looking for a new location for it. My main concern is low temps for ice on the road, probably not even going to look at it in the summer.
Last night I installed a CURT class 4 hitch to my 2019 which came without factory tow package. I did it easily by myself, but I'm a big guy and balanced it on my waist while I set up the bolts to take the hitch, hand tightened, then went and got the torque wrench. No lift or creeper needed I'll be adding the 4 pin harness, and then the 7 pin upgrade I just received in the coming days.
New plugs and wires. I’ve been having a bit of a mild ignition stumble and have no idea when the last time they were changed. The van just doesn’t move like it should. Replaced with AC Delco Original Equipment and experienced an immediate and drastic increase in power, smooth idle, and throttle response. The old plugs were 41-110 - ACD lists these for a 2015-2016 6.2L engine. I ordered the proper plugs, ACD 41-162. Not sure if this makes a huge difference or they were just worn out but its like a new van now. Currently re-calculating MPG and will see if it has improved in a few days.
Update: just finished a new MPG calculation on two full tanks of gas. After replacing the plugs, my MPG went from 12 mpg to 13.5 mpg. Not a huge jump but it’ll add up.
