Hello.

Can anyone tell me what this connector goes to? I cannot for the life of me find where or what it goes to.

Driver side, under hood, fuse box vicinity.

08 Express 2500 cargo with 4.8.

probably something you don't have, like washer fluid heater.
They just put the same harness in all the vans.
