Microphone for OnStar. I could be wrong, but because of OnStar, GM doesn't offer Bluetooth on any of their radios.

Its a mic. I have the same one and it is Bluetooth. I have a factory radio, and the Bluetooth works great. It also doubles as the on star mic.
