I am working on my water pump and noticed that there was oil behind the plate. IT was a tiny bit, maybe 3 milliliters.

related or un related. Also noticed the bolts around the timing chain cover looked kind of stripped. IS this typical GM FACTORY or does it look more like someone has been messing around in there?
