Wanting to put a dual post battery in my 2008 express 3500 and gm shows a good price on a dual post group 78 but the computer insist it won't fit my van??

I am wanting to attach accessory stuff to the top posts

has anyone else done this and found it fits?

Open your hood and look. There should be a lot of room on top of your battery under your hood. Where there isn't as much room is on top of the frame mounted aux. battery used on the Duramax vans and that might be why the listing is that way.
