Hello everyone,
I have to install a child reminder safety alarm called the Bus Scan 300 into two of my Express Vans. I own a 2014 and a 2015 Passenger Van. I am trying to go the DIY route since I was quoted $100 each and have 4 total. (Have to install a couple in some Transit Vans also) I have experience opening up electronics and can splice and solder but have never worked on a car so that is why I am open to taking this on myself. I have attached the wiring diagrams as well as the accompanying wires on the van itself. Would the BCM and Ignition Switch wires be located in the panel under the steering wheel? Any tips or opinions are appreciated. Thank you General Wiring Diagram Express Van Specific
Ignition wires are in the steering column. BCM is in front of the passenger's knees.
