Z height 01 Express 3500
In over my head again, service manual I have says to reinstall the upper control arm, set the control arm to Z height and torque to 140 ft lb. I have looked everywhere I can think of and cannot find the actual number for Z height for my van. anyone know what it is and how to measure?

I gave up on the Z height lightly snugged the control arm bolts down set van on the ground and then loosened and tightened bolts, hoping not to destroy the bushings, nothing was rubbing so drove it to alignment shop. Alignment shop was not the best experience. Shop is a large chain of tire stores. After 1 1/2 hour of tech working on van and filling the swear jar manager told me I need to take it to alignment specialist. I asked where do I find a specialist? He gave me 2 references. Alignment tech told me that he uses one of the shops for his car! Turns out he has a Charger that is hopped up, lowered. Not sure if he is being smart taking it to a specialist or not very good at alignments?
