Default Water Leakage 2011 HHR NO sunroof

I have been having a problem with water on the passenger side floor (front and back). I actually saw the water spray up while driving on a dry day. The first time I took it in for service at dealers, they said it was a crack in the blower box ($100 deductible). It wasn't too long after that and water appeared again. This time after 4 days at dealer, it was leaves ($603) not mechanical. When I got the car back there was a blowing noise in steering column, so another trip back, that was remedied by the dealer (assembled something wrong) and after leaving I heard a high pitched metal noise...took car back...9 days later --I got my car back (they said it was a sensor under brake pedal, nothing to do with their work on leaves $173) not under warranty. Pick up car on a dry day and water on passenger side front and back floor again. They did give my car a wash before I picked it up...but like I said, even on a dry day...water. I can hear water running like behind the dash horizontally. ANY ideas?? I am taking my car back in to dealer next week for another check. The people are great there but not able to fix the problem...yet.
