Default '05 cavalier rough idle after changing plugs

this is my girlfirends car and i can't figure out what's going on for the life of me. to start it had a hard time turning over so we took it to autozone and i replaced the plugs after having the obd codes read...which was an engine misfire code. after changing plugs it starts easier now but has a horribly rough idle...i was checking vacuum lines and the line that goes to the fuel pressure regulator and there is absolutely no suction at all...i'm just wondering if anybody has had a similar issue and can offer some help..

i've got my brother coming down with his obdII reader tomorrow so i may be able to offer some more info then
