Hi everyone, new to the forum. I have. 07 Silverado 1500 classic lt. replaced master cylinder and vacuum booster due to leaking master. Wouldn’t shift out of park but brake lights worked. Tried replacing brake switch from oreilly since it’s pretty cheap. Shifts out of park now but brake lights won’t work, all others work fine. I can put the old switch back in and brake lights work but problem of not shifting out of park is back. Would appreciate any info and help here. I’d rather not have to take it to a shop. It brakes good no issues there. Thanks
